Customers
As of October 31, 2003, we had approximately 8,000 subscribing customers, with an aggregate of over 110,000 paying subscribers in approximately 70 countries. We believe that during the nine months ended October 31, 2003, we generated approximately 40 percent of our revenues from small businesses (companies with fewer than 200 employees), 30 percent of our revenues from medium-size businesses (200 or more employees and up to $500 million in annual revenues), and 30 percent of our revenues from large businesses (over $500 million in annual revenues). The number of subscribers at each of our customers ranges from one to more than 800.
