I think that the patterns revealed in the three (is three 'numerous'?) articles I've posted in the last five days are dangerous and unAmerican, and any Democratic candidate who resembles the Bush administration in such tendencies, or whom I suspect will, based on his past actions, will not get my vote.
These are not issues of concern only to Democrats. Below are quotes first from the vice president of legal affairs for the Cato Institute, and second from a Republican Congressman.

...New administration policies have thwarted the ability of Congress to exercise its constitutional authority to monitor the executive branch and, in some cases, even to obtain basic information about its actions. Dan Burton of Indiana, became so frustrated with the White House's refusal to cooperate in an investigation that he exclaimed, during a hearing: "This is not a monarchy!'"
Maybe you just don't believe it. Is that it, Cobe? Or do you believe it but think we should just trust them to know what's best for us? :
