Do you know something that the British don't? So far as I have heard, they have NOT rescinded their intelligence analysis regarding that issue.

And it was on THEIR report, right or wrong, that Bush based his SOTU remarks.

And Gaddafi in return will get the admission into the international community that he so desperately wants. Lockerbie settlement after 15 years of denial!!

This seems to be the case. He certainly seems to be striving toward that goal. The question is exactly how far he will go to making the necessary economic and social reforms.
