Thanks, Nancy. Looks like the trend is intact. And will support the high prices for a while yet. I think we'll see money coming into the market for a while. Things always slow in the summer. However, the biotechs need a run. Good luck with winter in the northwoods. Where do you live anyway. We at the foothills of the Rockies are having a cool August and expecting and early winter. Strange weather, lots of rain.
