In Florida in 2000, the consulting company which rigged the voter rolls (cutting off 57,700 mainly minority voters) was run by a strongly-Republican circle of friends including Vin Webber. This consulting company was hired despite having the highest bid for the job. They are now at work in other states controlled by Republicans.
