Thanks for the Christmas Party report, I know that feeling...last night, Yen and I went to our favorite Christmas gathering each year. Lots of great old friends, good food, and really close to home..
I used to play the trumpet also. I had to quit when the band director made me choose between football and band...he wasn't very smart. I hope your little one develops a love of music. Good luck with ye chess....ever play cribbage? I just learned the game recently, that is a very fun game. Good one to teach the kids also, it really develops the math skills.
I think the one year deal for Garcia is the best option. Maybe he has been woken up by nearly being released, he has fantastic skills, but is immature. Someday he will be great somewhere, I hope it's in Seattle. Seattle is still a talented team, but I don't think talented enough to challenge for it all, but you certainly never know....we certainly lack power, although Ibanez is a good addition to replace Cameron.
