OT Salesforce.com has filed for their IPO. The ipo will result in 89 million shares out, plus another 18 million or so for various warrants and options. Yikes ! If it goes to at least $30 the 1st day which i assume it will, it will be valued at well over $3 billion for a co doing $66 mill in revenues the 1st nine mos of this year ! I sure wouldn't want to be holding this stock when the six-month insider ipo lock-up period comes to an end!
