China an opportunity we can't miss

China is typically portrayed as a threat these days. But it represents an enormous opportunity for Canada. Just ask Manulife Financial, Bank of Montreal, Nortel Networks Corp., Power Corp. of Canada, Bombardier Inc., Barrick Gold Corp., Sun Life Financial, Alcan Inc., or the much longer list of small and mid-size companies doing business there.

As China grows and gets richer, it becomes an even greater potential market. And although it will face bumps along the road, it has the potential for strong growth for another 15-20 years.
