A rhetorical question? Well....maybe. Perhaps more in the way of making a point that the corruption and racketeering suit against Bush would typically be considered headline news, at least in a society with unrestricted information flow from the media.

The level of control over the media to produce a complete black out on a story that big is staggering to think about.

A very dark day for America.
