I already knew about the existing licensing agreement. Please show me where Nokia is placing a Qualcomm "chip" in their phone.

See bold:

"Nokia formed an alliance in May with Texas Instruments and STMicroelectronics to develop next-generation CDMA chips. The vendor team is initially focusing on CDMA2000 1X chip sets, already being used in Nokia handsets "

Where does it say that the "chip" is a Qualcomm chip? The chip is being designed by TI and STM under license by Qualcomm. However, thank you for emphasizing that Nokia is working with both TI and STM to develop 3rd generation CDMA "chips". To repeat, Nokia does not use Qualcomm chips, as Art alleged.

I'm still waiting for a link showing that Nokia is placing Qualcomm chips in their phones.

The fact (here's that word again, FACT) is that Nokia does not use Qualcomm chips. Rather Nokia relies on their on designs for the ASICs and TI for the DSP chips.

Art, it's very easy to make stuff up. For example your previous arguments related to Finance, Nokia & Qualcomm, IP, etc.
