Tom Ridge to Howard Dean, "You were right"

Earlier this week, Howard Dean said that we were no safer after the arrest of Saddam
Hussein. Practically everyone from the Democratic right (Lieberman, the DLC), the
Democratic desperate (John Kerry) to the outer fringes of the far-right (Fox, CNN,
MSNBC, DeLay, etc.) dumped on him for saying such a thing.

Today, Tom Ridge, Bush's Secretary for Homeland Insecurity not only agreed with Howard
Dean by raising the security threat from elevated (yellow) to high (orange) but suggested
things might be worse and not better.
