<The chip is being designed by TI and STM under license by Qualcomm.> STM has no license with QCOM. It is noticeably absent from the list of licensees. As far as knowing for a fact that Nokia has never placed a QCOM chip in it's phones, I think it's a matter of definitions. Telson, a Korean company was making phones for Nokia for the Korean CDMA market, until Nokia saw they were getting their ass kicked by other Korean manufacturers. Telson was buying QCOM chipsets. Whether or not those chipsets went into those phones, no one will ever know. I do know one thing, you better not trust anything that Nokia says, they have proven to be habitual distributors of misinformation. kirby
