Thanks Harry; On LRCX, James Bagley has been with the company since 1997 as a result of a merger with OnTrak Systems. Prior to that he held senior executive positions with Applied Materials. He is currently 64 and I am not sure if he is retiring. I am also not sure if the stock he is selling is from options.

I am not in the chip production field, but from the web site, 'Company products include etch systems and chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) with integrated post-CMP clean systems, which perform critical processes for manufacturing today’s most advanced chips'.

From the 10-K, the company's products do handle wafer sizes of 200mm to 300mm.

I don't expect you to give an opinion on this. I just thought it was funny that, on the one hand, he is selling his stock while on the other, telling us that the NASDAQ-100 selection validates Lam as a core holding for technology investors.
