$4 dividend would be one time event, so it does not change the 10 year annual returns by much. If you got it right now, it would be equivalent to buying MSFT with ~15% discount. Which makes the 10 year annual expected return only 10% vs. 8.4%. But thanks for pointing out this omission.

You are right that with less conservative assumptions MSFT is a buy. I am just not sure I want to be less conservative.
