One could say the same thing for Hamas and the cowardly terrorists. Even if they claim to be in a "form of cease fire," there are movements trying to sneak suicide killers into place to take advantage of this supposed cease fire.

What would you do? In the rational world, one interdicts danger and preempts terror.
