Bushman, Read the fine print: ".....to be confirmed within the Paris Club," Give me a break. What kind of fools do you take us for on this tread? Do you think these "if this happens, maybe that will happen..." bait-and-switch announcements from the Bush propaganda machine aren't being noticed? This is just as vulgar as the "No Child Left Behind" whoop-tee-doo that never got funded. Or the $15 Billion AIDS-package that never got funded. This is another empty gesture... contingent on the Paris Club.... that's all you need to read to know this is just blatant, disingenuous headline grabbing by the Bushistas. This is nothing but empty rhetoric and hot air.
