This might be stretching the criteria a little, but VSGN (Vasogen) was up 15% from its previous close at its top-tick of the day. It settled back down some and now seems to be trying to head back up. finance.yahoo.com The only news of late is its move from AMEX to NASD for its American-traded shares.
