It has already in this case. The Calif teacher's union has been extremely powerful, and has been flopping around like a nearsighted wounded rhino. They stick to their arrogant rhetoric and lawsuits, and are getting repudiated.

The same multi-partisan "fed up" resurgence forced davis out and motivate Dean's campaign. The GOP misinterprets that trend at their peril.
