What are the chances they acquire any new companies BEFORE completing the IPO? I would guess the IPO to be scheduled for Late February/Early March. Payment transaction infrastructure is an area that seems interesting. They mention this as a segment that they are pursuing. What are the companies in this area that may be acquired? Authorizenet? Others? The IPMT IPO has been nothing but a huge success this year. What affect will the possible 2004 Google IPO have on the IPO market?
