Over the last ten years pre announcements about poor revenues and earnings have come out around two weeks before the quarterly announcements were due to come out.

Maybe this is a BPA Xmas announcement. Or, there is no doubt, IDNX would make a tremendous buy for some integrator. God! That would take a lot of profit away from we long term investors.

Though the stock has sold off, many days have seen buying near the close. Pre market ought to tell us what is up.
