Aug. 13 - 10:30 AM - TXB files S-3 for 5 million shares of common. That's all I could get from my broker - all my services are delayed 15 minutes minimum. Anyone find anything more?? If this was in the works, TXB could have been in "quiet period" & unable to tout all the good things going on. Any one know if they would still be under "gag rules" now that S-3 filing is known?
