This pretty well ends the Left's argument that Iraq had nothing to do with Gadifi's decision.

It seems reasonable to conclude that the war was more of a help than a hindrance in that. Pretty hard to argue otherwise, even without Gadhafi's confirmation. Hard to tell how big a factor it was, though. Or whether Libya has anything to hide or not. They seem to have been moving in the right direction for a while now so I'm sanguine.
