Another possibility is that Hulbert will be right after february, not before, because i would think there will be a chip/semi move when the 4th quarter earnings start to flow. And the reuters article that follows in the next post sort of makes that point as well. Folks switching out of tech and into basic materials will be sorely disappointed by March 1 imo. Mike
