A simple question.

_ Irrespective of who wins the 2004 elections _

If we end up going with electronic voting and no verifiable paper trail, how would anyone "trust" the results?

Afterall, "hackers" have been rather proficient in getting into just about everything. Add to that, the huge stakes involved, along with certain politicians behind the voting machine manufacturers, and increasing vail of "secrecy on how tallies are calculated"....

Can the results be trusted?
