I have to make a quick road trip to Minneapolis today so I can't respond to all my inbox notes. That said I would like to thank everyone for sending my son Nicholas E-cards yesterday....he really got a kick out of that and I promise to return a thank you card with some pictures to each of you. I also can't put into words how inspired and proud I was of the Packers and Brett Favre last night. I'm not a real religious guy but it seemed like Irv was directing some of those passes from above. My regular email box was filled with messages from friends who thought the same thing. It really was a beautiful thing to watch and I'm glad that others enjoyed it the same way we did in Wisconsin. Even though we're not a great team this event could serve as inspiration to propel them into the playoffs and......??? Well, it sure would make for a neat story anyhow :-) images.sportsline.com
