Of course it didn't "arise out of thin air", the PNAC people had targeted Iraq right from the beginning. And they did a most excellent job of using 9/11 to propagandize the country into giving them their hearts' desire. I'm glad you're so pleased with yourself for being in on that particular "secret". Fortunately or unfortunately, neither you nor the more prominent PNAC people are responsible for cleaning up the mess they made. That one falls on all of us, and it's going to cost.
