MDW is another sleeper that needs an awakening in 2004. Newmont doing a 600 hole drill program commencing Jan 2004. and high grade ore they are drilling themselves on their Spring valley property. Both properties are in Nevada. Good golddiggers but poor promotion. If someone lets the cat out of the bag that could end. Newmont only gets involved if they believe they have a world class find. Midway only has about 17M shares outstanding with a small market cap of about $35M. They have three new holes from the Spring Valley at the lab and expect results out soon and if they are as good as the ones they have already drilled, we'll have a mine for sure and so far no JV on this property and hopefully they will drill it off on their own. Two majors are apparently sniffing around the Spring Valley property but l hope they turn down a JV on this one. Wayne Whalen
