Minneapolis Mall Report.

I was going to get started shopping this morning and started at the bank. Sugar, they were out of $100 bills. They were getting a delivery from Brinks at noon. I do business with a small bank in the community that only lends to people that have 200% in assets to back the loan. <g>

The Federal Reserve bank here in town is out of new $100's. Greenspan must be printing those worthless new 20's. <g>

The parking lot at Worst Buy and Target were full. You could park at the front door at Circuit City. The media was covering the Mall of America and said the lots were full and people were buying.

I stopped at a couple of stores and they were not all that busy. I was able to find parking close to the store front and received wonderful service. The line for checkout was just a few minutes.

Home Depot's parking lot was empty!!!!

edit. There was a lot of auto traffic where ever I went.
