Mad Cow in Washington State:

Japan, Korea, Singapore have banned US beef. Will other countries follow suit?

Canada went through this last May when a single case of BSE was found in Alberta, and the ban on exports is still in effect. It would be ironic if Canada bans US beef while it consumes its own and vice-versa. Listening to US officials downplaying this incidence convinces me more and more we live in a crazy world.

By the way, Canadian and US farming methods, feed and distribution are identical.
