I"m getting more than a little concerned with the quality of this company after seeing the latest annual report. They state from the outset the importance of the Tidalware business and the importance of the OEM agreement with EMC. To come out this boldly at the very time the stock is dopping due to the OEM agreement would almost make it seem like they shorted they shorted their own stock. Then they go on to say that very little proprietary stuff goes into their appliances, so they don't do much research and development anymore. Cost cutting has its benefits when you're not making money, but if all you're doing is assembling off the rack components, what good are you in the technology business except as producer of commodity products?
