article out on TZA stating that their counsel resigned and disputes that the company did not report an arrangement that could allow the CEO to make 100M+ in some way that i don't even understand yet after reading the article...main point to me is that the counsel advised the company to disclose this and the company did not, which is a red flag to me, so i have sold the stock until i understand this better anyone else have any comments on the article or the whole situation? carl
