Have to laugh at the article that says the meat MAY have got into the human food chain. It has been common practice in the US for many sick dairy and beef cattle to be sold at auction as soon as it becomes obvious the animal is sick. Can't afford to loose the revenue.

Coming from a dairy farming state and working on dairy farms as a kid I seen it happen OVEA and OVER.
