Have you noticed that Bill's swollen nose is rotting right off his face? And his completely burned out sinuses, nasal passages and throat are obvious from hearing him say a three-word phrase. Ask any long time substance abuse professional. "Rasp, rasp, rasp." His own brother said he soaked it up "like a vacuum cleaner." Between Bill and Michael Jackson there are real nose problems---for completely different reasons.
