Hi wstera_02; Re: "I'll save this post & check to see what lies, distortions & intentional deception you will conjure out of thin air when MR. Kay' final report is issued. I'm already certain you will not admit you were completely wrong or that you lied & distorted & deceived intentionally, that's for sure. I've already noted that your response is already distorting what Mr. Kay has said he intends to do (which is precisely what he was asked to do BTW)." (August 1, 2003)
Looks like I didn't need any "lies, distortions & intentional deception". But the fact that Kay still hasn't found any WMDs (and is rumored to be thinking of resigning) suggests that the Bush administration was getting into "lies, distortions & intentional deception".
Anyone put any bets on the Bush administration admitting to its lies?

P.S. You called me a liar for this post:
Bilow, August 1, 2003 It means that the US already went to every site that they knew about before the war, came up empty, and so now are visiting sites that they only learned about since the war began.
In other words, they haven't found a damned thing, but are still collecting paychecks.
Hey, a lot of people want to believe that WMDs are about to be found in massive piles, (i.e. the thousands of tons that the administration was talking about), ready to use in 45 minutes. They're going to be disappointed.
It's only very rarely that you will find a person who's been hired to do a job (like look for WMDs) who will publicly state that he doesn't expect his job to be successful. Such people tend to be weeded out of the gene pool, or at least fired, LOL. #reply-19170749
I still stand by it, and time has shown my analysis to be correct. And the comment about the human tendency to NOT publicly state that their job cannot be done is well demonstrated by General Lamb's comments today. |
