Health Care Occupations,especially technicians/diagnostic.
E.g.: take a 1 to 2 year full time Community College program for Radiologic/Ultrasound Technician or related(there are many specialties in demand).

Get a signing bonus of 3 to 6K to start working at a hospital or clinic

Take pictures of Boomers, et al. Work part time, say 25 hours per week, make 30 to 38 per hour, more for oncall
About 45K a year for a part time job.
Work anywhere in US now.

Can't export the job, Boomers make the demographics for continued employment strong, and you can move around, and trade commodities on your off hours, gggg.
See a vocational counselor at local Community College, or do research on web at Dept of Labor sites, State Employment Labor Market Information sites.

Caveat: keep up with technologies, expand your certificates to perform more different tests as imaging evolves. Don't go to med school, they are exporting Radiologist(M.D.) tasks to India, too.
