I agree with a friend who once said running made him hot, sweaty and tired, none of which he liked. Just gives me shin splints. ;<) I will stick to my bike and the gym for keeping my aging frame all pointed in the same direction. Two stocks I almost bought and regrettably passed up - LFC and OMNI topping my watch list today. Oh well.
