I have long believed that it is possible to have a very long period of low interest rates. In my view we have already had a very long period of low interest rates. Being able to continue same depends on continuing to maintain low prices through productivity gains. The new tax bill, by giving enormous tax incentives to investment in the next 12 months, holds the promise that this can happen. IMHO, Will
