For quite awhile, CBS evening news reports that there has been significant "chatter" on the net
and that is the reason for the upgrade in security. I assume that people must be talking about
terrorist attacks. No one ever defined what they meant by "chatter."

A week or so ago, CBS mentioned attacks abroad but recently Tom Ridge spoke about attacks
here. Al Qaeda was mentioned and extra police, and in some areas, the national guard has been
called out. Since there has been an upgrade in an alert, you might want to watch CBS news tonight.
Perhaps, they'll offer additional explanations.
