I'm finding that there aren't a whole lot of tax-loss sellers this year. There are just not many stocks that are down for the year. That means my January picks will probably be a rather short list.

I just did a screen for tax-loss sellers, and I found that it was necessary to loosen the criteria, as compared to previous years, to generate any hits.

Doing that produced this short list of likely tax-loss sellers:
