I raise almost every morsel of food I eat via a variety of farms I have accumulated over the last twenty years. All organic. I also have various associations with individual growers who think like me, and who are openly accountable to the same God as I. We exchange food constantly. I have over three thousand pounds of food products stored in my house right now (most of which I will give away). I cannot remember when we last had grocery store stuff here.

Like you, I enjoy meat. I just can't eat much of it because I have a big family and I refuse to buy it. This year I filled my tag for venison in several states. So we have more meat than usual. I also have plenty of wild geese and duck. But even here, we still won't eat much meat at any one sitting.

I have two general weaknesses. I love certain shellfish, like scallops, and I am a Sushi fanatic (in fact I love many foreign foods). I will eat this stuff about once a year.
