But the salary for a textile worker is just as valuable to them as a salary is to a tech worker. So the problem, IMHO, is not just tech, it's about all of us. I have no argument with this. What I want is for the economy to recover, period. And since the US economy is primarily consumer based, I don't think it can with this widespread wage deflation hitting the highest earners. If we had sluggish non-recoveries that went on for 3 years after flooding the economy with stimulus in the 80s, when the textile industry went down, I would have said the same thing. Happy Xmas and try to avoid any Mad Cows people!!!!
