I don't understand the arbitration process. I presume that all of the testimony and supporting materials are secret until the arbitration is resolved, but I do not know that this is the case. Does anyone actually know when the documentation becomes available.

I have learned to temper the glass half full perspective that got me into ECD thirteen years ago with the glass half empty one that has evolved as I've seen the company again and again either miss opportunities, over-hype its situation or both. Thus, I have a bad feeling about the timing of Dhar's resignation either during or very near to the arbitration. Was he let go because his testimony (and preparation) were inadequate in some way? Unfortunately, i think that the answer may be yes. Of course, that is simply speculation on my part.
