Interesting, considering that this sentiment is diametrically opposed to your other frequent opinion, that the US doesn't need Europe or the Mideaast for anything, and should just withdraw all troops, close the bases and stay home.

But then, you show a considerable facility in firmly holding contradictory positions. The fact that you have completely missed predicted either the war in Iraq (you said there wouldn't be one), its course (you predicted Stalingrad on the Tigris), or its aftermath (you still predict triumphant guerillas with ever-rising US bodycounts), has not dented your faith in your own oracular powers.
