Lack of volatility is not a problem as long as the trend is up as it has been for the past 4 or so months.

The move a couple of months ago was I belive because of improvement in the company's outlook which was reflected by the last earnings which beat estimates albeit by only .01

I think there has been increased interest in this stock, and it has held up relatively well during large down days. About a year ago it used to trade in the mid teens with a 3/4$ spread, the spread is now usually 1/8.

Short term IU see resistance at 24, but if it breaks out (admittedly this could take up to a year until the growth in earning catches up to the stock price) it should be able to see high 20's.
