Merry Christmas! It seems clear by now that it isnt enough to have good ideas as an investor-one must either have a good sense of timing and or the ability to determine which management is going to turn around and screw shareholders at every opportunity and which ones have some semblance of integrity and some ability to run a company( not run the company into the ground).
