Futurist,I was going to response that I read February for some kind of announcement. A Christmas post on Yahoo post number 98706 says other wise. finance.messages.yahoo.com Arbitration by: jjensen13 (M/North Carolina) Long-Term Sentiment: Hold 12/25/03 09:34 am Msg: 98706 of 98710 Not that it's very significant, but I found buried in the ECD filing a note that they expect the arbitration decision to be announced on or before March 23, 2004.
