I would still use my 5 MP camera. There is quite a bit of noise in the photo. I suspect the quality here is good enough for some to store as a keepsake. Thanks for the comments....my eye for photography is terrible. I could tell that the Exilim pictures were better, but I'm not sure I would have noticed much wrong with the pictures without an apples to apples comparison. Hopefully, others are as clueless as I am ;-). From what I have read, the 505iS series of handsets are selling for about $275. The original 505i series (first series with mini SD cards) are now available for free with a contract. Slacker
