If the article is to be believed, i.e., that structural productivity can result in persistent or increasing unemployment of the worker bees, the goverments would have to tax the hell out of the capitalists who profit from the productivity gains to pay dole for the unemployed people.

Soon everyone will be on dole except a few like Bill Gates who will be taxed like hell by goverment to pay for the dole while the factories are humming with robots!
