Hard to argue with that, except in sound-bites out of context. Our supposed war on terror has too much data being withheld. Saddham's trial and Osama's if it happens will be useful to the world at large. "I still have this old-fashioned notion that even with people like Osama, who is very likely to be found guilty, we should do our best not to, in positions of executive power, not to prejudge jury trials."
