This is what they worry about over on "The Democratic Underground" Blog. Could US have caused the Iran earthquake? When I heard the news about the earthquake in Iran, the number of people killed, and how Iran is a "rogue nation", it reminded me of something I heard a while back about how we were developing weapons that could cause earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
